Educate them early for a cleaner world

Keeping the world clean by start doing it! And no harm in educating them young.
Got a really nice surprise from the team The Clean Collective a few days ago. Chloe bear was super excited when she was unwrapping the kit set with me, asking all the questions! So I did my best to explain to her the reason behind of all the products, the repeated words in the conversation was “we can keep using it again and again~”

Sooooo what’s in the plastic-free starter kit? Something for me, something for chloebear and something for us!!! We got a rose gold reusable metal straw, a keep cup from JOCO, a block of shampoo with a purpose, a reusable sanitary pad from hannahpad and two glass bottles spray.

The shampoo block amazed me with it only filled with eco-sustainable ingredients and additives, shea butter, argan oil and cooconut (which we all know by now they are all good for skin and hair). Definitely showed my hair some love and knowing doing it with a purpose.

We will be visiting the Rocklea market this weekend for our vege and fruits shopping with the reusable shopping bags. Opting for items with no packaging whenever possible. Let me tell you as well, one of my favorite bakeries – Sprout Artisans, look at the chocolate croissant there =p

Have always wanted to buy some reusable straw ever since we saw the turtles and whales got plastic out from their nose and body. And since we really use the plastic straw once, this is really the easiest way to help less waste, or simply just say no to straw.

With the kit set, it definitely kicks start our journey with all the tools and information we need to tread a little lighter on this planet. Want to make a difference to reduce your plastic consumption with your kid starting from today? Nothing too small, never too late, let’s start today!
